I saw this company on the internet. They had a good rating so I filled out the form online stating what I needed and all my identifiers. I waited 3 days... and never heard from them. After the 3rd day I gave them a call. I talked to a person named "Ed". I told him what I needed and that I emailed the company days before. He asked my name then said I see your email request form. He asked me to take a picture of the door that I wanted replaced and he would send me a price. I questioned this procedure being I didn't know that type of door he handled. He said send me the picture and he would get right back to me. I text and emailed the photos to him. That was a week ago and I haven't heard a word from him. If he was too busy to take the job, then just say so.read more

I had to replace an old (oversized) patio door. REMODEL was prompt to come out to size & estimate the job. They provided options for replacement and scheduled... the install to match my timeline. The crew was prompt to show up for the install when they said they would and finished it in about 2 hours as planned.Quality crew did qualify work in a professional manner. RemodelGo $5k Window and Door Giveaway

An annual giveaway promotion, with two (2) prizes total awarded annually. A giveaway year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31. RemodelGo will award one (1) prize at the end of each semi-annual prize period. Prizes vary from windows, sliding glass doors, to entry doors. The semi-annual prize periods expire on June 30 and December 31 of each year. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. We will determine each prize winner from a random drawing of all entries received during sweepstakes, excluding any prior winners. Only one winner is eligible per household. Must be the owner of the home. The odds of winning any prize are determined by the total number of entries received before the drawing date. RemodelGo reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion; participants do not have to submit a sales presentation to enter. You may enter this promotion by completing the giveaway entry form online. No more than one entry per household is allowed.
Sweepstakes entrants must (i) be legal residents of Illinois (ii) be eighteen (18) years of age or older, (iii) own their own home, which home has a structure that is in suitable condition (as determined by RemodelGo) for installation of the prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulations), be a single-family home or townhouse, and (iv) reside in RemodelGo's service area.
Each prize winner will receive the winner's choice of the prize winnings approximate retail value of RemodelGo products, professionally installed by RemodelGo or its designees. Any costs over the prizes' approximate retail value shall be the winner's sole and exclusive responsibility. Prizes are not transferable by the winner to another party. They must be installed at the address provided upon notification of being selected for the winning entry. RemodelGo or the designee must provide installation. Prize subject to availability and may be subject to black-out dates. Structure subject to the terms and conditions of RemodelGo's standard installation guidelines. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winners.
The winner's home must be in suitable condition for product installation (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.). The homeowner must perform any waterproofing, remediation, or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by RemodelGo or its designees in their sole discretion) at the owner's expense before the installation date. No transfers, substitution in prizes, or cash will be allowed except by RemodelGo, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Prizes awarded have no cash value. Upon installation completion of the prize, RemodelGo will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner, assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. The winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following the prize award, and RemodelGo must complete installation within six months of confirmed notification.
The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, which may include the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. The winner must also meet all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for RemodelGo and its affiliates to use the recipient's full name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting this prize, the winner agrees that RemodelGo and its affiliates may use the winner's full name, take photographs and video of the winner and their family, before and after photos of the home, and pictures of the remodeling project in progress. Acceptance of the prize constitutes agreement by the winner that RemodelGo may also interview the winner. The winner understands that RemodelGo intends to use their full name, the photographs, video, and interviews for internal and external promotional materials, marketing, and advertising initiatives. RemodelGo will not sell these files to other parties. Promotional materials bearing these videos, photographs, or interviews may be posted online and used in any advertising medium. RemodelGo reserves the right to use any footage, photographer interview for a period beginning when acceptance of the prize occurs, and acceptance of the award provides RemodelGo unlimited use of these items.
Liability for any applicable taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes, is the winner's sole responsibility. RemodelGo will furnish any required tax reporting forms to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not expressly provided for by RemodelGo in these Rules and Regulations are the winner's sole responsibility.
Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. RemodelGo reserves the right to modify or terminate this giveaway at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the person's identity submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled.
By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless RemodelGo, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize.
Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law.
