The RemodelGo Windows & Doors story started in 2018 with our founder Ed Markaryan. Previously, Ed worked for 5 years as a quality assurance manager at one of the largest exterior remodeling companies in the nation and met with thousands of homeowners. This invaluable experience proved crucial in developing the foundation and approach on which RemodelGo Windows & Doors was built. Since starting our remodeling business in Palatine, Illinois, RemodelGo Windows & Doors promised that personal service and quality workmanship will always come first!

As a local window and door installation company serving Palatine, Illinois, and the surrounding Chicagoland area, we pride ourselves on delivering all promises. I saw this company on the internet. They had a good rating so I filled out the form online stating what I needed and all my identifiers. I waited 3 days... and never heard from them. After the 3rd day I gave them a call. I talked to a person named "Ed". I told him what I needed and that I emailed the company days before. He asked my name then said I see your email request form. He asked me to take a picture of the door that I wanted replaced and he would send me a price. I questioned this procedure being I didn't know that type of door he handled. He said send me the picture and he would get right back to me. I text and emailed the photos to him. That was a week ago and I haven't heard a word from him. If he was too busy to take the job, then just say so.read more

RemodelGo for the win! I had contracted this company out for the installation of several new windows and a sliding glass door and could not be happier. Ed...
