When I wanted to start my front door project, I searched around and found RemodelGo on Google. We worked with Ed and Dave and they were so professional and knowledgeable to work... with. We essentially set up a consultation, and then I used their virtual design tool to design my dream front door. It was super easy to use and I was able to design the exact door I wanted. WOW!! I needed a door and 3 windows replaced. I had been looking at different Window & Door Companies but delayed the project due to their reviews. Thankfully, I stumbled upon... RemodelGo and I was surprised to see a company with so many 5 star reviews plus no BBB complaints. Long story short, now I know why they receive 5 star reviews. Ed, the sales person I met with, was knowledgeable and did not use any of the slick salesmen tactics that so many of us have to deal with when we undertake a home renovation project. Orlando and Octavio, the installers, did a 10 star job including fixing old problems that existed from a previous window installer. This group of workers that came to house to install windows and I have to say they were very polite, clean, and courteous. They watched out for our animals making sure that when... they walked in and out of the house, the dog nor the cat followed.They kept the area they worked in clean and then cleaned up after themselves.The new windows and patio door are very nice. From... the first interaction to schedule an estimate to the moment the worker crew finished my job, these folks made the whole process seamless. Ed took great care to thoroughly explain what types of windows were available, window features and village code requirements for the job. He also made sure that the manufacturer quality processes were understood and the certified skills of the workmen doing the installation. I have had a lot of construction done on my home in the last year – and usually an improvement project ended up with something broken, blemished, ruined or dirty – which created a lot of stress and angst for me as a homeowner. With Remodel Go it was one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve had with ANY contractor; the crew showed up on time, got right to work and quickly replaced 9 windows and a 3-pane sliding glass door with hardly a remnant of dust left behind!! They took great care to protect surfaces, clean all windows inside and out, remove all debris and waste and worked efficiently to finish as quickly as possible. I just had 11 windows replaced on my house by Remodel Go. After having some less than satisfactory experiences with two other window companies who replaced the other 10 windows... of my house, I was very pleased by the fact that Remodel Go really listened to my concerns I had previously, thoroughly explained their installation process, and went above and beyond when installing the windows and making sure my concern about insulation wasn’t a concern! It also made me feel good that both the sales rep that sold me the windows and Ed both came out to my house during the day of installation to ensure the job was going well and I was completely satisfied. With the other window companies I used that never happened. I would definitely recommend and use Remodel Go again!read more

I recently bought my first house in Buffalo Grove and I knew I will need to replace the windows soon. After dealing with a couple of the big window companies that you see all over... TV commercials, I wanted to talk to a local contractor before making a final decision and boy am I glad I came across Remodel Go. The entire process was seamless. Everyone was professional and courteous. The quality of their products was similar to the ones I had already seen from other companies except that they DIDN’T use high pressure sales tactics like the others. Remodel Go was the only company that DIDN’T try to sell me the project that same day. The next day I called them back and decided to move forward with the project.
