I saw this company on the internet. They had a good rating so I filled out the form online stating what I needed and all my identifiers. I waited 3 days... and never heard from them. After the 3rd day I gave them a call. I talked to a person named "Ed". I told him what I needed and that I emailed the company days before. He asked my name then said I see your email request form. He asked me to take a picture of the door that I wanted replaced and he would send me a price. I questioned this procedure being I didn't know that type of door he handled. He said send me the picture and he would get right back to me. I text and emailed the photos to him. That was a week ago and I haven't heard a word from him. If he was too busy to take the job, then just say so.read more

I had to replace an old (oversized) patio door. REMODEL was prompt to come out to size & estimate the job. They provided options for replacement and scheduled... the install to match my timeline. The crew was prompt to show up for the install when they said they would and finished it in about 2 hours as planned.Quality crew did qualify work in a professional manner.
