I saw this company on the internet. They had a good rating so I filled out the form online stating what I needed and all my identifiers. I waited 3 days... and never heard from them. After the 3rd day I gave them a call. I talked to a person named "Ed". I told him what I needed and that I emailed the company days before. He asked my name then said I see your email request form. He asked me to take a picture of the door that I wanted replaced and he would send me a price. I questioned this procedure being I didn't know that type of door he handled. He said send me the picture and he would get right back to me. I text and emailed the photos to him. That was a week ago and I haven't heard a word from him. If he was too busy to take the job, then just say so.read more

I had to replace an old (oversized) patio door. REMODEL was prompt to come out to size & estimate the job. They provided options for replacement and scheduled... the install to match my timeline.
